The design process of this building reflects the drive to provide optimum space planning and an exceptional new experience.
Recognizing tenant’s requirement, our intent was to design a space providing a variety of flat orientation and area opportunities all Vastu compliant in itself. The hydraulic stacked parking system within Ground and the First floor solves the purpose of parking which in the original development plan were deemed too be too less in number and chaotic.
A hint of Biophilia helps the elevation to seamlessly take away from the podium parking aesthetically enabling it to stand out in the area.
